What this website does not do

This website sets no cookies, does no analytics or audience measurement and embeds no third-party content. Etsy and Instagram are included only as ordinary links. A connection to the respective provider is only made when you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies. That is why there is no cookie notice: nothing is stored that would require consent under § 25 TDDDG.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the site is accessed, the host processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested file, browser type and amount of data transferred, in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts

The fonts are delivered together with the website from the same server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider.

Request form

When you send the “custom piece” form, your name, email address, the chosen product, the requested colour and your request are sent to a server function on this website (Cloudflare, see above) and delivered from there as an email to [email protected]. For sending, we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Nothing is stored on the website itself.

Your details are only used to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures) and are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for that purpose or for statutory retention obligations. An invisible extra field keeps out automated spam entries; no further data is collected for this.

If delivery via the server function is not available, the form instead prepares an email in your own email program, which you send yourself. You can also write to us directly at [email protected] at any time.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in North Rhine-Westphalia this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
